It's official - I've completely lost my mind

For those of you that aren't familiar with my day to day goings on, let me give you a quick run-down.  I am a single mother of two very active little girls (ballet, swimming, theater workshop, etc.).  In addition to that, I am taking 12 credit hours of college classes this semester, working a part time job, starting a business (that already has two clients I am actively doing work for), helping to organize a party for my local Moms Network (see my post earlier this week), and trying to stay afloat on the day-to-day home things like feeding my kids and making sure they have clean clothes to wear to school.  The dust bunnies in my house have formed a coffee clutch they've been around for so long. (On a side note, I do vacuum every day because I don't want the dust bunnies to be joined by spiders or ants looking for a warm place to hang out and be fed!)

Knowing that I am already overwhelmed with what is on my plate, while reading my friend Melisa's blog on Wednesday about November being National Blog Posting Month (NaBloPoMo - try saying that fast five times!) I felt a compulsive urge to do it.  Post every day for the month of November?  Was I the women that just last week apologize to my blog for neglecting it for 14 days?  Yes, that would be me.  My over-achieving self NEEDED to see if I could do it.  Before I changed my mind, I went to the still growing blogroll and added my name.  Here it is:

There I am - #457.  I'm held accountable now.  Along with 1,264 other people as of this writing.  I know that I can't grow as a person and as a blogger unless I am willing to stretch and challenge myself beyond what I think I am capable of.  Wish me luck and keep reading to see how I'm doing!
