Last night, the atrium outside Cafe Buonaro's at 5th Avenue Station in Naperville was buzzing with excitement over the preview for Cafe N Play - the brain child of Dr. Cathy Subber.  Dr. Cathy, as she is known in our community, wanted to create a space where parents and caregivers could go to relax, have healthy snacks and delicious organic coffee, and let children have a blast in a safe, enclosed play area.  Thus, Cafe N Play was born!   Scheduled to be open in the next month, community members will be able to set up playdates, host their children's birthday party's/private events or just relax and surf the net while their kids play.  In addition, Cafe N Play will be setting up a "Mom Swap" program which will allow parents to get a massage/adjustment at Advanced Health of Naperville (Dr. Cathy's chiropractic office), a manicure/pedicure/haircut at ZANO Salon & Day Spa or even get your dental work done at Sherman Oaks Dental Naperville.  The possibilities are endless!

Supporters from the Naperville Moms Network, Women in Business, the Naperville Chamber of Commerce as well as other community members mingled with cocktails and delicious appetizers in hand, reviewing the pictures of the work that had been done in the space and sharing their excitement over when the facility would be open.  Many bought raffle tickets for the full table of amazing prizes that were donated by event sponsors such as birthday parties, a girls night out, massages from Advanced Health of Naperville, gift baskets, wine and goodies from Cafe Buonaro's and much more.  Congratulations to all of the winners!  In addition, attendees were given the opportunity to purchase Founding Cafe Family/Kid sponsorship leaves or branches to show their support for Cafe N Play.  I am excited and proud to say that each of my children will have a leaf with their name on it!
